Harassment
On August 5 at approximately 10:49 deputy was dispatched to Sargent in reference to telephone harassment. Upon arrival deputy met with complainant who stated he has been receiving phone calls and texts messages repeatedly since June. A report was made and turned over to the criminal investigation division.
Criminal Mischief
On August 5 at approximately 8:53 deputy was dispatched to Palacios in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival, deputy met with complainant who stated his mailbox had been damaged. Complainant stated he did not wish to pursue charges against the individual responsible for the damage done to his mail box.
