Margarito Gutierrez, 45, Aggravated Assault

Michael Benedict, 48, Burglary of Habitat

Jaime Trevino, 20, Evading arrest with vehicle, endangering a child

Kendon Miller, 20, Deadly conduct

Justin Rodriguez, 20, Aggravated Assault with prohibited weapon

James Franguille, 22, Deadly conduct
