Something about the BP compensation problems are bothersome "legalese"-wise.

Does the "accident" and subsequent "losses" to businesses, workers, lawyers, doctors, licensing agencies, etc., also include ALL affected by such as plant explosions, fires, and other accidents at manufacturing and products-producing companies?

Also, for one example out of possible hundreds: If patrol cars are involved as the cause of large multiple vehicle accidents that cost others time from work, hospital and vehicle expenses, failure to make it to a business place where they intended to buy big time, missed a marriage date or doctor's appointment or a crucial political gathering, are ALL the subjects due compensation for their losses by the city, county, state, or fed?

It brings to mind bees that left a germ, which created worms inside my peaches on all my trees.

Are nearby beekeepers responsible for my losses?

Really?

Not in MY book, but the main point is that such "legalese" decisions CAN grow to ridiculous proportions if not cut off at the pass in some cases - like mine even though I was planning to sell a truckload of native peaches to local businesses that would have made some profits and made some customers go "a-a-ah-h" while moving some kids who would have used the pits to play "battle" with, to go "Yay! Yay!"

In any event, if I'm entitled to compensation, make it one dead bee if they can identify the one with the germ that started it all.
