James Otis Sandefur, 94, of Bay City passed away March 15, 2010. He was born February 4, 1916 in Davidson, Oklahoma. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII, was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blessing and worked as a Barber for many years.

Survivors include sons James Sidney Sandefur, Dexter Robert Sandefur and Dean Kirk Sandefur.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Hawley Cemetery in Blessing with Rev. Zach Nicholson officiating.
