What happens when one spice is left out and then call it K1, is every so called spice in K2 going to be illegal or when all are mixed, lots of questions!!!

So in other words the people of Matagorda County is going to get a coal-fired air polluting generating plant whether we like it or not, but you can be assured if it was being built in Austin Texas the permits would not have gotten this far, shame on the Texas commission of environmental quality!!!

2 years from now when STP mans up and 6000 workers descend on Bay City only to find we have the most barbaric laws in the nation, do we take out adds in the local newspapers warning the cats owners not to bring their pets cat because cats, have no protection from accidentally getting getting lose and being killed the same day by animal control, how simple would it be for City Council to pass a 72 hour reprieved before being destroyed!!!
