Hi Concatenate, The TCEQ only approved the air quality permit. The EIS is a study that will look at pollution impacts to the water and how it will impact fishing, heath and water flow.

I think it's important people know about the hike and bike trail. I am excited about it! Have you checked it out?

I am a one person operation. I write, interview, photograph, edit and do the layout of the newspaper. I do it all. If you bought the newspaper, you would see all the hard work I put into this newspaper.
So yes, I will have errors, it happens with my paper and with any other newspaper. I myself have caught errors in The New York Times, but I don't go pointing out errors just because. 
Comments are great, just wish you'd comment about the subject at hand, and not just to "correct" my grammar.
